    LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

    Labor is provided free of charge for the service of glass, windows, screens, hardware, and installation. This warranty is only valid for products installed by California Window Masters (CSLB license no. 972660)

    INSTALLATION

    California Window Masters warranties all installations for as long as you own your home. This warranty can also be transferred once to a new home owner at any time.

    This warranty does not cover acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc., acts of vandalism, building settlement, misuse, or abuse.

    GLASS

    California Window Masters makes available to the owner of the residence in which the products were installed a Lifetime Limited Warranty, warranting against glass breakage for as long as the property owner (single family, owner occupied) shall own or reside in the home in which the products were installed. This warranty is valid only if the windows are installed on the premises of the original installation. Removal or any altering of the windows voids this warranty.

    Tempered glass, specialty art glass, triple strength, and triple pan glass is not covered in this warranty and will incur additional charges. This warranty does not cover acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc., acts of vandalism, building settlement, misuse or abuse.     CONDENSATION

    Condensation accumulation on the surface of the glass units is the natural result of excessive moisture in the home and does not indicate a defective product or faulty installation.

    Important: This warranty is fully transferable at any time so as long as a written request for transfer along with new homeowners name is submitted to California Window Masters.

    The warranties set forth in the forgoing provisions of the certificate are limited to their precise terms and provide exclusive remedies expressly in lieu of all other warranties. California Window Masters is not liable to anyone for incidental or consequential damages for breach of any written or implied warranty for its.
